User read content restrictions

    I've searched a lot and failed to find anything about user restrictions, whether it's Dj, Program manger or guest, they all have default user settings which cannot bee edited. My question is: is there any possibility to restrict for example DJ to see others uploaded content (music)? Is there an advanced settings or any plugins for this? It's not right when someone uploads music and others can see it.
