airtime 2.0.0 Connection refused
  • Hi guys,

    It seems i am pretty far along on installing airtime 2.0. My setup is Debian squeeze also involves ISPConfig, which makes it slightly other than default. No problem, i like a challenge.
    Everything seems to be as supposed to be, except when an mp3 is up to be run like scheduled i get the following error in pypo.log:

    2012-01-29 21:49:31,701 INFO - [pypopush.py : run() : line 195] - heartbeat
    2012-01-29 21:49:51,723 DEBUG - [pypopush.py : push() : line 89] - Preparing to push playlist scheduled at: 2012-01-29-20-50-00
    2012-01-29 21:49:51,723 DEBUG - [pypopush.py : push_liquidsoap() : line 147] - Epoch start: 1327870200
    2012-01-29 21:49:51,724 DEBUG - [pypopush.py : push_liquidsoap() : line 148] - Epoch now: 1327870191.72
    2012-01-29 21:49:51,724 DEBUG - [pypopush.py : push_liquidsoap() : line 155] - sleeping for 8.27614092827 s
    2012-01-29 21:50:00,010 ERROR - [pypopush.py : push_liquidsoap() : line 184] - [Errno 111] Connection refused
    2012-01-29 21:50:10,020 INFO - [pypopush.py : run() : line 195] - heartbeat

    All other logs are without errors. I can log in, change the schedule, the number and types of streams and they will show up in my icecast screen. I can upload mp3's, make playlists and schedule them.
    I scheduled an mp3 to start at 21:50. The on air stays off and the stream stays dead silent. Obviously I can see the Connection refused message. All ports I could find in the config files are open (maybe you could list all default ports used?).
    The only other thing I can imagine now is insufficient rights or I might have to change ownership somewhere....
    Please help me on my way.

    Thanks,
    Ed

  • Well, i found it. The liquidsoap settings in pypo.cfg had an incorrect host setting. Everything works now.

    Keep it up.
