after changing ports to 8080 airtime fails
You might be able to do some black magic with .htaccess. Something like this - UNTESTED: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^sub.website.com:8080$ [NC] RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} ^8080$ RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://sub.website.com:80/$1 [L,R=302]

I think you can. I was thinking of something like the bottom answer here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15821444/change-port-and-host-using-htaccess

Sounds like you have a firewall installed and port 8080 is not opened.

24/7 Automated Radio with Airtime
It sems that linked repeats ON THE SAME DAY OF THE WEEK (not every day) randomizes as required. So it seems possible, as requested, once set up.

Dynamic smart block generation
It does seem to only be generated at add/edit show time. This is a pain and a recurrent question. This needs a hack/fix urgently. Maybe as an add in to the media monitor code?

Can airtime remove duplicate media files?
Hi Jesper Yes, I have seen this. The following may go a long way to fixing this up quite quickly. I guess you have added 'watched' folders after having imported through the upload screen and hence the duplicates? If you drill down the …

Hack Added! (CRON jobable) Bulk MP3 importer from multi RSS Feeds into appropriate watched folders!
Hi Daniel, Thanks for that tip! I can see that media monitor would change the size listed in the library - but would it actually change the times in the scheduled show list? I can't find the code that would do that. I guess it is easy enough …

Hack Added! (CRON jobable) Bulk MP3 importer from multi RSS Feeds into appropriate watched folders!
Thats my ultimate goal. I have an idea for a simple cheat to, maybe , get somewhere close. If I copied the latest imported file to a file called latest.mp3 in each watched folder and we added that file to a linked show - it would work if all the ser…

Hack Added! (CRON jobable) Bulk MP3 importer from multi RSS Feeds into appropriate watched folders!
I have spent 4 days recoding this and it is far more robust now than it was and than the original code I started with. It handles 'mostly' standard RSS 2.0 feeds as well as standard ones now (handles & corrects common errors in feed). …

Dynamic Smart Blocks don't randomize with Repeating Shows
From the manual "A Dynamic smart block will only save the criteria, and the specific content will be generated at the time the block is added to a show.." So, my reading of it is that when the block is added to a show - linked or not - t…

Remote File Importer Add-In Updated For AT 2.5.1
One of the problems I have with boltins is that there is no Plug-in Interface, full API info or menu extender. If there was (with the API and common variables exposed), it would force standards and AT might progress a lot faster as others make plugi…

Can you make it work from a friend's machine'? If it does I would suspect a virus or other malware. These often hide their presence from the windows memory manager and if you come close to filling virtual memory - stuff like this happens. …

Remote File Importer Add-In Updated For AT 2.5.1
RSS import is just a button to a bash script ( and installing a folder with a few script files) and maybe a simple text editor to edit a single text file. No other mods to airtime files required

I think I might have just thought of a workaround that could be coded very quickly. Airtime can play random tracks from the mp3's GENRE ID3 tag. The problem is the genre tags come in from the outside world in a random fashion with mistakes, in…
