Airtime 2.3.0 RC2
Hi Martin, Thanks for all the work you guys are doing. Do you know if there will be a way in 2.3.0 to convert the existing library to having it's cue points automatically set? Thanks.

Crossfade by decibels rather than time?
Yes! Great idea. Then the cue point does not have to be set on each file.

Airtime 2.2 RC1 now available
Just wondering if https://wiki.sourcefabric.org/display/CC/Airtime+Dev+Site will be update or is it a dead site? Would be interesting to know the roadmap and what is being put into future versions. Thanks!

Airtime 2.1.2 hotfix patch out now
I upgraded to 2.1.2 with apt-get but found On Air light was off and restarting the airtime-playout service did not help. After reboot everything was running again. Not sure why that happened.

Cue-points preview
I was thinking a good place to set these visually would be the track preview window in the library. In 2.1.0, you can already click in the elapsed bar to change the playback point and see the time for that position so a set cue point button for int…

Airtime 2.0.3 released, fixes critical security issue
Upgraded today from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3. As with the upgrade to 2.0.2, the on air light went off. I restarted airtime-playout and it kept going. Also, I had to go to my stream settings and click Save to reapply them because the first stream (MP3) was …

It never crossed my mind those files had human readable data in them. Apache wasn't touched to my knowledge but since the restart of airtime-playout it hasn't hasn't stopped. So perhaps something "crossed-over" in the upgr…

Hi Martin, I just saw this now so I hope it's still relevant. I did see those messages in the log and the broken pipe ones. I wondered what that was about. I did check the files before and after the glitch in the schedule and they were pres…

However, sometimes you want to cue the next show exactly and fade to it. Perhaps it can be controlled by an out cue on the show itself? For example if you are doing strict clocks for a satellite head end, you would want to have hard fades at the t…

Compiling Liquidsoap
It appears the issue with the compiled liquidsoap not working with airtime is when aac+ is enabled in packages. Even if airtime doesn't instruct it to create an AAC+ mount point in icecast, it still gives this error. Odd.
