it's possible via secure transport like openvpn or ssh tunnel. Natively it isn't supported by liquidsoap.

Newscoop is not tested under Windows. The best OS for newscoop testing is Ubuntu 12.04

You can use another host name for airtime installation (i.e. airtime.listen.domain.com) Primary host name listen.domain.com could be used for streaming. Icecast uses different port.
