Airtime is offline, but ...
Is there any audio in your shows? The screen is just showing you have nothing scheduled in you show. You can add some playlists if you go to the calendar screen and left click on a show -> "add /remove content"

Yes the only way to repeat a show's content is to readd it to each show. The show concept was created more just for similar hosts/genres like a tv series where it's the same show but diff episodes etc.

hey do you have this variable set anywhere? APPLICATION_ENV == "development" it would be either .htaccess or in your apache config of your vhost. If your site is set on "production" instead this should be avoided.
